The best time to visit Ujjain is during October to March.

Ujjain is well connected via Rail and Road networks throughout Madhya Pradesh. Pre- paid auto-rickshaws and Taxis are the best means for getting around Ujjain.

-If you wish to attend the Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple, the bookings should be made a day in Advance at the Temple (free of cost). The timings for the aarti are 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
